We went on a tour with Robert two years ago when the bike malfunctioned half way through and we had to abandon our adventure. Robert was not responsible in any way for this as the bike was hired from a third party. At the time he was extremely helpful and professional - he got my husband and I back to base safely and was very apologetic about the situation. We had such a great time on the tour that we decided to book again this year and it was even better than the first time!

No better way to experience all the pockets of energy in New York than by bike. Robert put on an afternoon of fun and adventure that made us feel like locals and friends. Highly recommended!

Great bike ride with Robert. Their bikes are very comfortable and safe. The whole ride is very safe, the streets are flat and the traffic respects cyclists. Robert took us to places we would never go to on our own. And the location of the meeting point is very close to the subway station, very easy to find. I highly recommend this tour!

If you are considering taking part in a bike tour with Robert I would thoroughly recommend it. Firstly the practicalities - it was straightforward to meet up with Robert at the time and location planned. The bike itself was in great condition and a helmet was also supplied. The vast majority of the tour takes place on bike lanes or quiet streets, making it very safe and enjoyable.

Would def recommend if you want a tour of the city proper! Robert knew not only the key spots to see, but some cool hidden gems all around the boroughs!
